View pre-made therapy session reports, payments reports etc.. or create your own custom report with the TheraBill report designer. With the report designer, you decide what information goes into the report. With the report designer, there are thousands of reporting possibilities.

Notes

Easily create therapy notes, client/patient notes, provider notes.

Provider pay-stubs

If you are managing multiple contracted providers, you can use TheraBill to create pay stubs and track which therapy sessions your providers have and have not been paid for.

Filing

All claims that you create are stored electronically and kept in your electronic filing cabinet. Making past claims that you have created always available to you from any computer with an internet connection.

Attachment / File upload

Store your electronic files on TheraBill. Uploading files from your computer into TheraBill is as simple as sending the file as an attachment in an e-mail.
