If you are a group practice, you can create secure login credentials for your rendering providers. You have control over what actions your providers can perform in their account. Creating a login account for your rendering providers is as simple as assigning a username and password and then setting the permissions. The provider account is completely separate from your main account. The rendering provider will only have access to their schedule and client information (if you allow it).

Manage Therapy Schedule

Your providers will be able to log in and view their scheduled therapy sessions. With your permission, they can also add and edit therapy sessions within their schedule. You also have control over whether they can view / enter the amount you are chargin the insurance companies for that session. You can also synchronize the providers schedule to a Google Calendar which will allow your rendering providers to synchronize their schedule to their smartphones.

Manage Patient Case Load

You can allow your rendering providers to add to their patient case load and edit current patients in their case load. Your rendering providers will only be able to view their own patient information.
