Do you need to sign up with a clearinghouse?
No! You will do everything from within Therabill. You will create the claims within Therabill and we will handle the routing of the claims to the various clearinghouses. For the most part, you will not even realize the clearinghouse is there.There is one exception. There are some insurance companies that require clearinghouse authorization (pre-enrollment). If this is the case, Therabill will send you the required forms with instructions. You can usually expect pre-enrollment with most Medicare and Medicaid.
